Dr. Adrienne McConnell is a Chiropractor, Acupuncture Provider, Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, and received a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology from York University.
 

Dr. Adrienne was diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis during adolescence and has long suffered minor weakness and pain in her back. After suffering a burst fracture in her spine in 2005, her physiotherapist recommended Pilates as part of her rehab to regain strength and stability in her spine. This sparked her interest in spinal health and the important role of exercise and functional movement in rehabilitation.

Rebecca is a Shamanic Practitioner, a certified Breathwork Practioner with Alchemy of Breath, a Reiki Master, and Womb Rite Keeper.

Rebecca began her journey with Reiki and Energy Medicine 13 years ago when she became fed up with Western Medicine not being able to identify her issues that were clearly present in the physical sense.  Through her own health journey, Rebecca discovered the power of emotions being archived and how they manifest in the physical body.  This changed her life and she knew she had to learn how to share this with others and began to learn Reiki as the gateway to other healing modalities. She has spent the last few years studying trauma and the effects on our physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies.

Rebecca is passionate about holding space for others so that they may tap into their own healing journey and claim their authentic blueprint.

Pri is a certified meditation teacher from Hoame Modern Meditation. Pri believes meditation is a simple practice that allows us to be more present, happy and peaceful. She thinks as Thich Nhat Hanh said "Sitting in meditation is nourishment for your spirit and nourishment for your body, as well". She is a tech lady by day and a meditation specialist by night,

I’ve totalled over 5,000 hrs throughout the past 4 years obsessing over all things personal development, neuroscience, and positive psychology, along with a deep rooted curiosity in holistic health and wellness. Dr. Erin graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and is licensed to practice naturopathy in Ontario. She is currently a member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. Dr. Erin previously graduated from McGill University, earning a Bachelor of Science in the field of Kinesiology. She completed her Naturopathic Internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC), the Brampton Naturopathic Teaching Clinic (BNTC) and the Sherbourne Health Centre, where she gained invaluable experience helping many on their path to well being. Dr. Erin has successfully passed the Ontario Prescribing and Therapeutics Exam, allowing her to prescribe scheduled substances to further benefit her patients. Additionally, she is able to administer vitamin B12 injections, create customized topical formulas and prescribe select hormone therapies to new and existing patients.

Dr. Erin has a strong passion for Pediatric care, ensuring that parents get the answers and solutions they need to optimize their children’s health effectively and safely. She was selected to participate in the Pediatric focus shift at the RSNC, where she gained invaluable knowledge and experience.
